Can I get into the restaurant without reservations?

Reservations are only required for Kaitakushi-kan, Poplar-kan, and the Garden Grill, and you can get into the other restaurants without a reservation.
However, you may have to wait depending on seating availability, so we recommend booking ahead.

Are there accessible restaurants and bathrooms?

There are multipurpose restrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Kaitakushikan, 1st floor of the Poplar Pavilion, Garden Grill, Lilac, Garden Shop, and Sapporo Beer Museum. Please note that there are no ostomate-friendly restrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Kaitakushikan.
The Garden Grill, Lilac, and Poplar Pavilion 1st floor are barrier-free.
The Kaitakushi Pavilion has wheelchair elevators and elevators, allowing wheelchair access to all floors. (There is no multipurpose restroom on the first floor of the Kaitakushi Pavilion.)

I want to bring my elderly parents, but walking all the way from the parking lot to the restaurant would be hard for them. Can cars get close to the restaurant entrance?

Next to the Garden Shop (gift store) near the center of the garden grounds, there are spaces for two vehicles for wheelchair users and others who need assistance. They are available on a first-come-first-served basis, so please tell the garden shop staff if you wish to use them.

Private rooms require reservations in advance.
