Kaitakushi-kan 1F
The hall has a stately, classical look fitting for a building erected in the Meiji period. The name comes from the days when it was a malting plant and had a “trommel sprouting cylinder” which was used to sprout barley soaked in water. You can enjoy a meal with fresh Sapporo beer and Hokkaido specialty Genghis Khan made with a smokeless roaster, so you do not need to worry about the smoke or smell.
